Nicholas Albertson is an associate with the firm and a native of Cape May, New Jersey. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Rowan University in 2015 and his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law in 2025. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Albertson worked as a paralegal, an experience that confirmed his passion for the legal profession.
During law school, Mr. Albertson was actively involved in several organizations, including the Federalist Society, International Law Society, Elder Law Society, and the Children and Family Law Society. He also served as a guardian ad litem and completed more than 100 pro bono hours with Coast-to-Coast Legal Aid of South Florida, assisting with landlord-tenant matters and housing grants across the state. Mr. Albertson was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 2025.
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, fishing, helping on the family farm and relaxing at home with their animals.
