Truman Tinsley was born in La Jolla, California on February 20, 1977. Truman attended Valdosta State University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science upon his graduation in May of 1999. After graduating from college Truman attended law school at the University of Miami and received his Juris Doctorate in May of 2002.
Recently, the United States Army granted Truman a direct Reserve commission in the Judge Advocate General's Corps.
